Information about the course and any changes in the program will be constantly updated on this website.
The official course language is English and no simultaneous translation will be provided.
Dress
Informal dress code throughout the course.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be given to the participants that have attended the whole course. It will be sent to the participants by email after the course.
Confirmation
All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail of their registration. Registrations are generally processed within one business day after received. During the busiest registration periods, your registration may take up to 7 business days to process.
An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requests according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistic and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the course. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desk in order to collect your course badge.
Name Change
Registered participants who are unable to attend the course may nominate a substitute participant free of charge by notifying the Organizing Secretariat in writing on or before May 12, 2015. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site.

Cancellations & Refunds
Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail esni@esni.org or by fax +39 065194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
- postmarked before March 31, 2015 – 100% refund, minus a EURO 50 handeling fee.
- postmarked before May 04, 2015 – 50% refund, minus a EURO 50 handeling fee.
- No refund if cancelled after May 04, 2015.
After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the course.
Disclaimer / Release and Waiver of Liability
In the very unlikely case of the occurence of extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, state of emergency, outbreak of war) beyond the control of the congress organizer, the European School of Neuroimmunology, ESNI has the right to immediately alter or cancel the course or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the 15th European School of Neuroimmunology. In such a case the participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any wilful damage or gross negligence committed by the course organizer, the course organizer shall at any time not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants,including consequential and immaterial damage caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.
The sole agent in charge of the organization is the EEM International Congress Services (Srl). EEM will not accept liability for any damage and/or loss that may incurred by a course participant or his/her companion during the official activities of the course or the scheduled excursions/events. All participants are to take part in all the activities of the course at their own risk. Participants are advised to charge any loss or damage they might incure during the course to their insurance. EEM will not accept responsibility for the individual medical, travel or personal insurance of the course participants. All participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the course. EEM will not be responsible for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of this attending the course.
